LL’s Terms of Service – Where To Next?

We've all wrung our hands quite enough. We've listened (or should have listened) to the guidance put forth by real-life attorneys regarding the ToS. So now it's time to figure out what we should do. Today's post puts forth my personal opinion as to what we should say and do to help resolve this very nasty issue with Linden Lab and us, their customers.
